Spybot

I have scanned my computer with spybot. Now spybot cannot creat a file in:
"E\Windowssystem32\drivers\etc\hosts" access is denied.

I now have obtained the 2 files as requested:
1. dds.txt
2. attach.txt

I am not sure how to proceed from here on in.

Does that error come up when Spybot is attempting to fix entries from your Hosts file?
What operating system do you have? :)
