Earlier today I was playing a game. It froze, and at the same time a Spybot pop-up said:
Category: Session manager
Change: Value deleted
Entry: BootExecute
Old data: autocheck autochk *
New data: [greyed out]
I was unable to click Allow or Deny change as my laptop had frozen. I waited several minutes but it was still frozen so I turned it off via the power button. When I restarted my laptop was running extremely slowly. Even when I click the start button it does not open for 3-5 minutes.
Could it be related to the message from Spybot? My computer runs perfectly in safe mode.
