Please Help Antispynet.com

Please could someone help me.
I keep getting a pop up every few minutes saying my computer is infected and it directs me to Antispynet.com. It has also keeps redirecting my homepage and is generally annoying.

I did have Norton but there seems to be some problem with it and it's not working.

I have runs SpyBot and this has not helped.

I have downloaded Hijackthis and this is my log please some one help it's driving me nutts.

Welcome

Your running Hijackthis from a temp and/Or it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

Post an online scan report as mentioned here
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=1150&postcount=2

I'm upto step 5) open SmitfraudFix foulder but when I click smitfraudfic.cmd I get a message from Norton asking if I want to allow the script. I said yes to that. Then I get a red screen saying

Process.exe file missing
Unzip all the archive in a folder
Press and key to continue ....

I'm pretty sure it's all unzipped but I'm using winrar and I've only had it a few weeks so I could be doing something wrong.

You are trying to run it while the PC is in safe mode correct ?

Turn off Norton's script blocking via Norton's options and try again please, while in safe mode..

Norton might interfere with file Process.exe that smithfraudfix needs, extracting its files while the PC is in safe mode should alleviate that problem
