Dear forum,
I've been using Spybot S&D for many months on my PC, without problems.
I now installed it on my brother's PC. Since then I get popup windows asking me to allow/deny changes for every single thing that is changed on the PC by any program. Even e.g. minor start menu changes. (like this window: https://security.ngoinabox.org/sbox/screen/spybot-en/42.png)
Is this normal? There is no spyware etc. detected, it is just about minor changes during software installations. In your tutorial I read that actually a server of yours does contain a database with many known entries about which changes are dangerous and which not. Seems like I can't connect to this database and therefore are always asked about Allow/Deny? But I don't get any error messages and just updated all program components.
On my own PC I never got any of these windows before for one year now. I really mean never. Does this actually sound healthy?
