I have run Spybot and it says that I have the Smitfrad C.Genereic trojan, but I am not able to remove it. Also, when I try to use google.com, it shows the results, but if I click on the website, it directs me to another search engine called Happili. Could use some help removing this please. Thank you.

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs used for analysis.

Then you'd need to start a new topic providing the logs requested so a volunteer analyst can advise you when available. :)
If the DDS won't run please start a new topic anyway and make note of the issue.
