Hardcore Trojan horse! Help

Hey there everyone, I recently got infected with a Trojan Horse Downloader.Gerneric2.Kaw

I have tried everything short of reloading windows and it is still on my system. I even deleted the files in the Prefetch and ran ATF and CCleaner to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
