Trouble downloading

I've been trying to download Malwarebytes at the instruction of one of the helpers for the past few days but for some reason I keep getting this message: The connection was refused when attempting to contact malwarebytes.

Does anybody know what is happening here? It's been like this for 3 days running and I can no longer post in the thread I started.
