I just want to know what this means, because i use the program and i see no ads.

Hello.

Spybot-S&D has no ads.

The warning is because some programs you may have installed on your computer include adware.

If you clicked "I agree" to that program's EULA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EULA) when installing; by allowing Spybot to remove those ads it could place you in the position of violating the EULA you agreed to.
