Who Knew

Hi,
Hope I found the right place for Tea Timer questions.
(Win7-64, no shortage of RAM or disk space)
I use a schematic capture application (Multisim 12.1), that seems to speed up if I go to the system task manager and set the priority of Tea Timer higher.
What's the reasoning for setting Tea Timer's priority to the lowest by default?
Also, are there CLI arguments I can add to the shortcut that automatically starts Tea Timer, which will control the priority of Tea Timer when it runs?
How can I get Tea Timer to ignore the activity of certain applications that I trust?
:thanks: for any help.
