TBest regards

.... and it's the same thing with the new version SSD 2.0.9.0 build 20120704.

strange, immunization does seem to detect Firefox on my machine.
i'm using spybot 2.0 rc1 (v2.0.9.0 build 20120704) and firefox 13.0.2 on my WinXP SP3 32bit computer. could be a problem only under 64bit OSes.
I'll have to check if immunization works on my Vista 32bit computer.

Where did you download Firefox 13.0.2? I don't see it on any of the official Mozilla sites.

I don't see it either unless you downloaded a beta version of it???

till beta 6 spybot could not handle 64bit installations correctly - so immunisation did not work.
if u dont have updated to rc1, try to update, else please report it as bug.

but there is no firfox 13.02 existing! 13.01 is the latest version.

Firefox 13.0.2 is in pre-release testing. Evidently, several third party sites have jumped the gun again and posted it. Some even labeled it "Mozilla Firefox 13.0.2 Final". I wouldn't trust a third party site.

yup, FF 13.0.2 has not yet been finalized. I've installed a candidate build of it from here (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/13.0.2-candidates/). Mozilla was supposed to have released it already but I guess they're either delaying the release of it for some reason or perhaps they may cancel that release altogether.

and I have encountered a similar problem that yo_92 is having; spybot 2.0 rc1 not detecting & immunizing firefox for the currently logged on user and I'm reproducing this problem on my Win7 SP1 x64 computer. spybot 2.0 rc1 will find other firefox user profiles for those who are not logged onto the computer but not the "active" firefox user profile.

can anyone else try to reproduce this problem BUT using a 32bit version of Windows 7?

Firefox 14 is scheduled for release July 17th. Or, maybe Mozilla is hanging fire waiting for a new Adobe Flash release. Mozilla and Adobe are supposed to be working together on the compatibility of Flash Protected Mode.

Firefox 14.0.1 (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/#desktop) is out now, Gopher John.

looks like the release of Firefox 13.0.2 was officially cancelled as noted on the FF 13.0.2 build notes (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_13.0.2/BuildNotes).

Yes, I updated Firefox on July 17th to 14.0.1. I'm having no problems using Adobe Flash 11.3.300.265 with it.
