i noticed SOMETIMES SBSD crashed when i start it up
once it did when i did HELP ABOUT HOME PAGE
this computer is a xp w sp3
Do you use the beta version or the stable version?
What else is running on your computer? Such as anti malware/anti virus software, etc.

Hello,
By crashing do you mean it freezes or it closes?
I would recommend to close all other programs while scanning with Spybot-S&D.
