Spybot - Search & Destroy & Opera 11.64

Whenever I do a normal scan Spybot only ever picks up Firefox and Internet Explorer cookies, but it doesn't seem to ever find any Opera cookies.

Now you may think that may be because none of the Opera cookies are regarded as being nasty, but I feel that would be too much of a coincidence, so wondered if this could be confirmed as to whether it scans the Opera folder that contains it's cookies or not.

Oh and yes, I know I am not using the most up-to-date Opera, but this is of my own personal choice.

Does the latest version of Spybot need to be configured in any way to capture cookies etc in Opera 11_64?

Thanks, but I am still confused as to what I need to do.

Do I need to immunise? as I don't use that for Firefox and I.E yet it still finds their cookies.

I don't understand your problem(s). That referenced thread gives detailed exact info on how to get Spybot to detect and immunize Opera. Read it carefully.

I have read it carefully but I still have issues on what I need to do for Opera 11.64.

I read with interest your post here http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=379810&postcount=15 and I can confirm that I don't have an opera6.ini file, so I am as confused as ever as what to do next. :confused:

Still looking for help to manage to get Spybot to recognise the cookies for Opera 12.02?

Do we need to immunise before Spybot will be able to find bad cookies while performing a normal manual scan?
