problème de mise à jour hebdomadaire

j'utilise la version spybot 1.6.2 depuis 2 ans sur un ordinateur sous windows 7 et un ordinateur sous xp. Ce jour impossible de faire la mise à jour hebdomadaire sur les 2 ordinateurs.
J'arrive à la fenêtre de téléchargement des 2 fichiers habituels à télécharger mais il n'arrive pas à les télécharger et se bloque. Sur l'ordinateur en windows 7 il écrit : erreur de parité.
Quel est ce bug ? Que dois-je faire ?
