A friend of mine installed spybot on my computer and now when windows first boots it shows the screen like I shut the computer down wrong and wants to scan to make sure everything is okay. I also noticed that microsoft office won't open. It says there's and issue with licencing and to reinstall it. Any opinions on what I should do to fix this would be great, I don't want to make it worse.

You mean when you get the option to start windows normally, or go to safe mode, etc?

More details please. :)
Was there a particular reason your friend installed the software for you.
For instance is the computer infected, if so please give details.
Which version of Spybot-S&D do you have and did you perform a scan before the issue occurred.
What is your operating system, and please list the security programs installed. Anti virus program etc.
