Not sure what your policies are, but my previous employer is a computer company that services the majority of the west coast (US). They sell a support package that includes spybot. I am fairly certain that this is illegal for them to do. I am contacting all of the software developers that they used, to see each companies policies on this. Can I have some further information please?
