Incredibar Access violation hijacker C

Hi
My computer also has an issue with Incredibar and I have run Spybot S and R and Super Antispyware which tells me that the problem is Hijacker C. I continually get a pop up message saying Incredimail has to close and Access Violation. I use Google Chrome and Windows XP.
I am computer literate but may need a simpler explanation of how to resolve the problem than the post I read for Russell!

Every computer is a different issue.

However in order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS and aswMBR logs as shown in that FAQ and a volunteer analyst will assist you when available.
