The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Banload.bho" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Banload.bho pretends to be a harmless file like a .pdf to get executed. It runs in the background and installs a browser helper object (BHO) to control the users Internet usage. Banload.bho also disables the least-privilege user account (LUA) to enable installation of other malware or Trojan horse components using the current users privileges.

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "makel.makelClass", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{16F3D93F-99A3-480D-9551-ECD1B2C5FB5D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{46D90699-C933-4B49-9ADD-70ECAE9AB6C4}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{929950C8-D8EB-4387-80C3-117068FAF2CD}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry value "{16F3D93F-99A3-480D-9551-ECD1B2C5FB5D}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ext\CLSID\".
