exit while checking for FM.Toolbar or DyFuCa

When I ran Spybot (v,1.6.2.46) it exited in the middle of the run, so i went to the advance mode and played with 'File Sets' and 'Ignore Products' in an attempt to identify where.
It was 2 places: 'DyFuCA' & 'DyFuCA.InternetOptimizer' in Malware.sbi, and 'FM.Toolbar' in Hijackers.sbi.

So far, I have uninstalled and re-installed Spybot, ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (in both regular & safe-mode), and MS Security Essentials.

I'm still not sure this is because of a spyware or spybot configuration issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please run a complete scan in safe mode (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm). Is anything found in the scan?
