View Full Version : Please help - Concerned for my safety

CR6339
2012-11-16, 19:44
Hello:

I believe I am infected with viruses/spyware, etc., and I cannot seem to get rid of it. I tried to download the registry backup file to comply with posting rules but my security settings will not let me???

I have run SB but now I cannot find my logs!

I am very concerned for my personal safety, as my computer and phone both seem to be syncing and sending reports to somewhere and everything I do on the computer and phone is being selectively "shut down" as I have searched for help. I have talked with my ISP and router company and both say my network is secure, so this must mean that I do in fact have malware/viruses, etc. I need to get a handle on this before I am totally locked out of my computer :(

Please help me. Thank you.

Hello: I was able to create a new user account and download what I needed, so attached are my logs. Thank you very much for your assistance.
