Welcome to the forum, according to my information, C:\WINDOWS\qkshield.exe is stealth installed, so you must not have put it there. See the Google:

1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Tmas\Tmas.exe <<< this program may block changes? I would turn it off until you are done.

4) Open your Task Manager, highlite and end process on this item: C:\WINDOWS\qkshield.exe

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(the R1/R0 is optional clutter that is not making your browser run better. Click them to see where they take you. You can still set any homepage you wish)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

6) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\qkshield.exe <<< delete this file

7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, let me know if that took care of the problem and how you are running now.

I was with you until step 7 where you say "select all found."

My ATF cleaner doesn't have that option. Instead it says Select All --under the main heading of "Select Files To Delete" and that is a little scary. Are you sure that's what you want me to do? I would be deleting these things:
Windows Temp
Current User Temp
Cookies
Temporary Internet Files
History
Prefect
Java Cache
Recycle Bin

Click on that link to see a picture, then click on the bottom choice "select all"
Most of these areas should be cleaned on a regular basis, the Prefetch not so often, but especially after a malware infection. Hackers like to run their junk from there so you can not find it.

The only thing I see are the items I pointed out that are not technically "malware". The log looks to be clean otherwise.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
