Is it normal???

Every time that I run spybot, appears, in the scan result: "cache -> Browser: Cache (2) / Location -> Internet Explorer (user) (...), as follows in the log file attached.

This is normal, or Spybot is failing to rid my computer of some Malware?

How can I resolve this?

Did you open Spybot/the Scan with a right click and choose "run as administrator" (http://www.safer-networking.org/faq/how-can-i-get-administrator-rights-under-windows-vista7/)?
