The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.Gongkam.kr" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.Gongkam.kr creates the folder "winsrv64" and copies files into it. It tries to connect to foreign servers on the Internet and installs a BHO (Browser Helper Object).
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "rundownplay" and pointing to "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\rundownplay\rundownplay.exe".
Entries named "WindowSRV64" and pointing to "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\winsrv64.exe".

Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "winsrv64_is1".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\popmulticare\makeguid.dll".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\popmulticare\popmulticare.dll".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\data.db".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\rundownplay.dat".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\rundownplay.exe".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\rundownplay.ts3".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\rundownplay5.dll".
The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\Microsoft\rundownplay\unins000.dat".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\unins000.dat".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\wincl.exe".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\winsrv64.dat".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\winsrv64.exe".
The file at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Microsoft\winsrv64\winsrv64_v1.dll".
The file at "c:\WINDOWS\system32\rdplay.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.Gongkam.kr uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "popmulticare.popmulticare", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "winsrv64.windowsrv", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{170A20D3-F81A-4195-A8CA-6CD0638ABB44}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{170A20D3-F81A-4195-A8CA-6CD0638ABB44}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{170E4DCE-AFAD-35E8-AB93-74950AFEEA4A}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{17727A1A-BBBC-342A-BAEE-A6D1B7BE61CB}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{1A64F9EC-2126-45FB-9598-7A918ADBAAB0}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{1A64F9EC-2126-45FB-9598-7A918ADBAAB0}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{2B013D37-BA25-D5A3-281B-9C9E0ADEE330}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{AAEDC102-EAB2-01AF-AAFE-17D1B7BE6430}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "popmulticare" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppDataLow\".
Delete the registry key "rundownplay" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppDataLow\".
Delete the registry key "winsrv64" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AppDataLow\".
Delete the registry key "wrdplay" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "wrdplay" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "wrdplay" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\".
Delete the registry value "CehuofK" at "HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\".
Delete the registry value "CehuofK" at "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\".
