claro toolbar

When i Run the spyboot software it detects the Claro Toolbar.
After i clean this virus (adware), a few minutes (seconds later) it installas again.
What can I do?

It includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide DDS and aswMBR logs which are used in the preliminary analysis.
