Urgent Help Please

#1-when i go into safe mode, f-secure anti-virus doesnt work
#2- i have this virus trojan.win32.lowzones.dn

it shows up on a scan but it wont let me remove or disinfect it...
what do i do?
also it hijacked my homepage, wont let me change it back, and added a "protection bar" to my toolbars, which i cant remove
every time i open up a browser, it brings me to wxx.safetyhomepage.com
which i know is actually another virus/spyware problem...
i am told that the virus i have is the zlob trojan... anyone know anything about this?

Welcome to the forum, follow the directions in this link: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=4015 When you finish the instructions, post the three logs in this same topic using the "Post Reply" button.

Spybot-S&D: Be sure to follow the directions to save the scan report but do not post it here unless requested by a helper.
