Win32.Trojan.downloder

I'm new here so i don't quite know how this forum operates but i really need some help with a "win32.trojan.downloder" virus. (I did a search in the forums but nothing came up.) Now i got this today and i have used Ad-aware, Spybot, AVG FREE but it still wont go, i have been into safe mode and deleted the infected files but they "respawn" on reboot. This is really annoying me because this is on my new computer. Thanks in advance
