please help.problem about authorizing

so i was running some software that involve japanese,after i changed my os to japanese,spybot became filled with random symbols.after that,i used a custom screen saver,but i accidently pressed disapprove change on the authorizing window.i really want that screen saver on my computer.please teach me how to delete the memory of the disapproval.:)
 
nah i ain't japanese.i just changed the non unicode language to japanese and shite got real.everything is going wrong and my screen saver is ruined.
 
What is going wrong?Could you describe it? :)
Do you remember/know if you checkmarked Remember This Decision when you accidentally denied the screen saver?
 
maybe i wasn't describing it probably.
when you use spybot,everytime if there is a big changes,it ask you if you want to do that.i accidently pressed disapprove and remember my decision to my loved screen saver.i am really frustrated now.somebody help? :thanks:
 
The Icon of the Resident is located into the Tray, which is the bar on bottom of your desktop, next to the clock, where also your connection to the internet is shown.
