Rootkit scan help

I did a full rootkit scan and I got the two following entries.

I want to know if I should remove it or not

Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\SysTray\BattMeter\
Details: No admin in ACL

Type: Key
Object: Svc
Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Security Center\
Details: No admin in ACL
