Start Center problem

Just downloaded the latest version to an XP laptop. I believe it was a beta. I was able to do an update

On just about every function in the Start Center I get the error/message below. The "help" link so far is the only one that works. I can get the System Scan to start from the Start Menu.

"The procedure entry point @Snlcolehelp@TCommandLineParameters@Insert$qqri could not be located in the dynamic link library snlBase150.bpl"

Could you be specific about the version you installed please.
