My laptop is infected with a rootkit0access, trojan.dropper.bcminer and trojan.clicker. Spybot cannot remove these. I'm at my wit's end and I have limited computer skills. Please help me!

To request malware removal assistance the FAQ includes forum guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDSand aswMBR logs used for analysis. :)

You'd need to start a new topic providing the DDS and aswMBR logs, for a volunteer analyst to advise when available.
