Welcome to the forum. If you still need help, let's start like this.

1) Please do not bold the log, it is hard for me to look at. If you need to bold a word or so to make a point, that is another story.

2) Let's get Java updated right away, if it has not already gotten you infected, see this:

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) CounterSpy may block our fix, turn it off until you finish:

Right Click on the CounterSpy Icon located in your system tray.
With your mouse, hover over Active Protection Status (This should be enabled)
A menu will slide out, then right click on Disable Active Protection

Once your log is clean please re-enable CounterSpy.

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log. Unless you have hidden malware caused by the Java security breach, you should be in good shape now, let me know.

How's the computer running now? If you are still having an isssue with Spybot finding the registry entries left from an old removal, follow these instructions:

Please download and unzip Ren-cmdservice to your Desktop.

It will only work correctly if the folder is placed on your desktop and extracted !!.

Open the ren-cmdservice folder by doubleclicking it and then doubleclick the
ren-cmdservice.bat file to run the program.
A text will open when it is finished, Post it please.
Then restart the PC run spybot check for and fix any problems found.
