Registry:
You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
Delete the registry key "{44E6709F-C3BA-427D-8A7F-1AB5751FBB0B}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{694C9424-2EA2-411D-A7CA-3D04A031CCB3}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{6C17D5E3-F7F4-423B-B35E-894B0FFB7EE2}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{6C17D5E3-F7F4-423B-B35E-894B0FFB7EE2}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
