How to remove cm.tray

I have some type of malware or spyware called cm.tray something that pops up trying to access my computer every time i restart it and i keep denying it. I just downloaded spybot and cleaned out the rest of my computer but i didnt see anything about cm.tray or anything when it found other stuff. Can someone please help me remove this because I need to hook up my iphone to my computer to get my pictures and stuff on my iphone but i dont want to put no spyware or malware into my computer. Please help me on how to get rid of this.

In order for someone to advise please see the forum sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.
