Greetings,

I was wondering if someone can please help me?

Spybot can't seem to get rid of this item. It always askes me to run at start-up, and it doesn't catch it then either.

More often than not, it will lock up and I have to reboot after it does the search.

Can someone please direct me to how I can get rid of this ?
