Unable to see System Scan?

Hello! I have been trying to troubleshoot why whenever I open my System Scan, it obviously opens, but will not allow me to view it? I feel that it might be a virus, or some other problem, but I can't really tell.. I tried checking the rootkits, but that wasnt the problem either..

Any ideas?

Did you try to start the Scan into Windows- Safe-Mode?

Can you also provide a Screenshot of the System-Scan-Window pleace.
