The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Dexon.Agent" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Dexon.Agent is a Trojan horse. It installs itself to hidden folders on the computer and spreads itself to other computers in the same network. Dexon.Agent starts itself via a system start entry and a system service. Dexon.Agent also stores a hidden copy of itself in the recycle bin.
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd), RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.

Entries named "Dexon" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\*.exe".
Entries named "Dexon" and pointing to "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\dummy.exe".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent_Distrib.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent_Setup.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\cfg.dxn".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\dexon_browser.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Dexon_RC.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Dexon_SSH.exe".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\dummy.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Dexon.Agent uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.

The directory at "<$COMMONDOCUMENTS>\dat\dxn".
The directory at "<$COMMONDOCUMENTS>\dat".
The directory at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent".
The directory at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon".
The directory at "<$SYSDIR>\dat\dxn".
The directory at "<$SYSDIR>\dat".
The directory at "c:\Dexon\Logs".
The directory at "c:\Dexon".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Dexon.Agent uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "Dexon" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
Delete the registry key "DexonAgent" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "DexonAgent" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "DexonAgent" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "<$SYSDIR>\dat\Dexon\Agent\Agent.exe" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "6008:TCP" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\GloballyOpenPorts\List\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\IcmpSettings\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\IcmpSettings\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\IcmpSettings\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\IcmpSettings\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\DomainProfile\IcmpSettings\".
Delete the registry value "AllowInboundEchoRequest" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\IcmpSettings\".
