ok i reformatted just 2 days ago but forgot to close my ports on router first so i could download sp2 without gettin infected. So this new malware/spyware/trojan i never seen before pops up. Ewido cant get rid of it and i have run Fixwareout but im still having trouble.

I got pop ups with "you registry has invalid files" or something like that everytime i opened the ie but i have fixed that. Also the file ewido couldnt delete was trojan.downloaded.aj or something similar.
It had blocked me from opening the taskbar i get message "Task Manager has been disabled by the administrator" but i am the administrator lol. Anyway here is the log files of HiJack this and the report for fixwareout.

Welcome to the forum, the log does look clean of Wareout, now we need to check and remove those files. I can't check them for you because they are on your computer. I am 99% sure they are bad, but we have to check. Here are the tools:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html

and the the files that need to be checked:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CSERV.EXE 51,255 2006-08-22 << look at this date
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMALW.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMBMA.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMFLC.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMGGA.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMHRH.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMLWV.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DMUMA.EXE 62,039 2004-08-04

C:\WINDOWS\system32\{BCAE10CE-EEF2-415D-A669-5FC3F38C5177}.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\{E0958958-CAF5-4108-AB54-7C7FAFF91DAA}.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\{C0F6C468-3C74-4377-9188-B3309CBDC1E8}.exe

We have to check, but all of the files with the same date and size look like Wareout. Be careful to check the one I pointed to carefully.

Once you establish they are bad, then use this tool:
http://forum.malwareremoval.com/viewtopic.php?t=320
Read the tutorial then download and use it, you can copy/paste them all in at once. Once they are gone, post a new HJT log for a final check. Let me know how the computer is running.

Thanks

tashi
