How do I get rid of this? Killbit doesn't work and AVG antivirus won't remove it. What does this virus do?

Welcome to the forum, If you need help, I need more information. This HJT log is clean. Please tell me where AVG says this item is located, describe any effect of the malware, especially error messages "word for word". Perhaps with more information I can find a way to help?

Thanks
