Hi,
Ran the standard SD (1.6.2) scan: the result negative.
I was promted for restarting and the rescan produced a negative result, too: only the standard window showed, not even offering the Fix option.
How can I get rid of this infection?

I previously attached the wrong zip, the second one is the correct.
I have a Win 7 OS.
