Need help removing Freecauseshopping BHO

Hello,
I have read the instructions to try and manually remove FreecauseShopping BHO. I have ran HijackThis, but I am unsure of what all to check to delete and need assistance if I can.
I am running Spybot 1.6.2.46 with Administrator rights and Freecauseshopping shows up every time.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis. :)

Then you'd need to start a new topic providing the logs requested so a volunteer analyst can advise when available.
