Using win firewall

I was reading some things allong the lines of the win firewall ,im on a wifi and wanted some more settings going.
Somewhere it tells me to get a ca key ,wich isnt in the list.
Its called IssuingCA RootCA ,and i am very confused over the endpoint 1 and 2 settings because im on a wifi and thinking im just seeing a server or the modem ,anyone ? reo:reo:

Windows firewall help

I want to cnfigure my windows firewall to have one in/out bound connection because im on a wifi network ,can someone please help me out ,ive posted about a ca key i couldnt find but come to the conclusion its only on the server side of things ,thanks in advance !

ps: i have coockies ,no password on one conn ,the one im using has a password but its the same network :/ irl ..no linux btw ,i think
