I'm new to SpyBot, so please forgive me asking what must be a very obvious question.

I've installed version 2 and run the system scan. It found a few medium rated threats in the first two runs. I selected everything and clicked on Fix and these items seemed to go away.

Now, when I run the system scan I am left with a small set of medium threats. If I select them and click on Fix, they all show up with green arrows as if something good has happened.

But if I run the system scan again, they still seem to be there. My first thought was that these are difficult to remove and SpyBot has tried and failed to remove them. But if I look in the log file, I see

Scan took 00:11:43.
4 items found.

For each thing that was detected, the log shows "nothing done".

So should I be relieved or worried?
