View Full Version : Unprocessed?

I'm a bit confused by the new style SBSD. When I click on update, it reports 77 files are up to date. If I then go to 'Immunisation', it tells me I have a long list of 'unprocessed files with 0 being protected. I then click to apply immunisation and it goes through the process. However, it does the same again if I exit and restart.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hello,

1. If you think nothing has been immunized, please make sure you have clicked on “Check system” which can be found on the navigation bar on the left.
This will check for already applied immunization.

The system is still immunized when you close Spybot.
In order to see it you just need to manually "Check System".
We will improve this feature, that it will automatically do this once you open the immunization.
This should avoid misunderstandings.

2. Did you click on the "Update" button in the Updater itself and not just opened it or click on "Check Status"?
"Check status" only tells you which files are up to date and if they have been downloaded correctly.
"Update" actually offers new files and downloads them.

This has also been discussed in this thread (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=67204).

Yes, I see what you mean, although it does not seem logical that, when you click on the immunisation shield in the Start Centre, you get a list showing all the files as 'unprocessed'.

That would be a logical step.

Yes, I did click on 'Update' to start with.

Did you run Immunisation and Update with Admin-Rights?

Yes, of course.
