Will be there an update from 2.0 version in the internal updater ?
Do we uninstall previous version before installing 2.1 version ?
Can we install 2.1 version over 2.0 ?

No there wont be an internal update from 2.0 to 2.1 yet and im not sure, if there will be internal update at all.
The Installer of 2.1 will detect the previous version and ask you, if you want to remove it. - I recommend you to answer this question with yes. (You will need to restart your computer)
So you can install 2.1 version over 2.0, because the Installer of 2.1 will detect the previous version.

Generally, users, who have already purchased a Spybot-2 product, have the opportunity to purchase an upgrade to the new version.
Since i dont knew details about the selling Policies, please contact Spybot Support.

the main difference is, Spybot 2.1 have a Anti-Virus-Engime (Home-Edition or above). But Spybot 2.1 aslo have a number of other new features and fixes.

To upgrade to Spybot 2.1 this is the procedure you need to follow:
1. Please uninstall Spybot-S&D according to the following link (http://www.safer-networking.org/faq/how-to-uninstall-2/).
2. Install your purchased Spybot license that was originally emailed to you from our system.
3. Version 2.1 should now be downloaded to your system.
