The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "PriceGong" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
PriceGong is a toolbar that installs without user consent. User benefit is questionable. Vendor has registered his domains anonymously to hide his identity.
Removal Instructions:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) or RunAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=runalyzer) to locate and get rid of these entries.

Products that have a key or property named "PriceGong".

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\PriceGong\PriceGong Contact Us.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\PriceGong\PriceGong Help.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\PriceGong\PriceGong Homepage.lnk".
The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\PriceGong\Uninstall PriceGong.lnk".
The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\PriceGong\uninst.exe".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If PriceGong uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Folders:

The directory at "<$APPDATA>\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<$ENV(PriceGong_FF_Path)>\extensions\{8A9386B4-E958-4c4c-ADF4-8F26DB3E4829}".
The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\PriceGong".
The directory at "<$LOCALAPPDATA>\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\bkomkajifikmkfnjgphkjcfeepbnojok\".
The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\PriceGong".

A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "PriceFactorIE.PriceGongBHO", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "PriceGongIE.PriceGongCtrl.1", plus associated values.
A key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ named "PriceGongIE.PriceGongCtrl", plus associated values.
Delete the registry key "{1631550F-191D-4826-B069-D9439253D926}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{1631550F-191D-4826-B069-D9439253D926}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Settings\".
Delete the registry key "{1631550F-191D-4826-B069-D9439253D926}" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\".
Delete the registry key "{1631550F-191D-4826-B069-D9439253D926}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{835315FC-1BF6-4CA9-80CD-F6C158D40692}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
Delete the registry key "{8B3372D0-09F0-41A5-8D9B-134E148672FB}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{D2A2595C-4FE4-4315-AA9B-19DBD6271B71}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "bkomkajifikmkfnjgphkjcfeepbnojok" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\Extensions\".
Delete the registry key "PriceGong" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "PriceGongIE.DLL" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\".
If PriceGong uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
