win32downloader Spybot will not remove

Can anybody please help me.
I have recently opened a rather suspicious email by mistake and now I have discovered win32downloader on my recent Spybot search

Can somebody please give me some guidance on how I can remove this virus/malware?

To request malware removal assistance the FAQ includes forum guidelines in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDSand aswMBR logs used for analysis.

You'd need to start a new topic providing the logs for a volunteer analyst to advise when available.

First, which version of Spybot-S&D do you have installed please and did you click on any links in the email? :)
