Toggle BHO

How do I deactivate a BHO?
I click a BHO then click Toggle. I see no indication that it has become inactive.

If I remember this right,the bho shows in italics after you toggle it,to show that it's disabled.

It does change to Italics. The tool description or the help does not state that.
