Threat level

I have the free version of Spybot 2 and it keeps telling me, for example: "5 results of threat level 5 detected". Where are threat levels defined and what is the highest?

I don't think they are defined anywhere,I can't find them.
I believe 10 is the highest.So, a five would be about a medium level threat.

Currently there is no much information about the threat levels.
We will improve that as soon as possible.

The threat level list goes from 1 to 10, where 10 is the worst.

Threat levels range from 1 (quite harmless) to 10 (severe). Level one is used for cookies etc. while 10 is used for trojans, rootkits etc. If you clean all of them with "Fix selected" you are as safe as you can get.
