help removing downloader trojan

Norton 2004 detected the downloader trojan. Norton won't remove it, even in the safe mode. Can you help? HJT list attached. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, this HJT log is clean of malware? I will need more information than you have provided. If your issue is resolved please let us know so we can close the topic. If you still need help, tell us what Norton says the name of this "downloader" trojan is and what is the location (pathway). I am also interested in any error messages you are receiving "word for word" and any other symptoms that make you think you have a malware problem.
