Please set your system to show
all files; please see here (http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html#3) if you're unsure how to do this.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = about:blank
O2 - BHO: CExtension Object - {0019C3E2-DD48-4A6D-ABCD-8D32436323D9} - C:\WINDOWS\CFGMGR52.DLL
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfgmgr52] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\CFGMGR52.DLL,DllRun

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here (http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,6156-1377929,00.html#2) if you are not sure how to do this.
Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\WINDOWS\CFGMGR52.DLL
Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we will take another look.
