Windpws 7 - do not have right click "run as administrator" option

I'm running Windows 7 and can't fix some problems. Get message "Cannot create file C:\windows\wininit.ini". I researched this and see that on Vista, right click on Spybot in app list and select "Run as administrator". This option does not appear in my list and I can't find it in any advance options. I'm also running Norton. Thx!

If you're running Spybot 2 or 2.1 you can just rightclick on System Scan and select Run As Administrator:
